A curved, whip-back kick that travels past the target, then snaps back to strike—usually with the heel. From guard, pivot the support foot to open the hips, lift the knee like a roundhouse chamber, extend slightly beyond the target line, then flex the knee and hook back across. Keep the torso tall and the non-kicking hand glued to your cheek. Re-chamber and set down under control.
