Video Description

Advanced details (for coaches & video review) 1.) Joint angles (typical ranges): Hip flexion ≈ 90–110° at chamber; knee ≈ 85–100°; ankle dorsiflexed “to neutral or beyond.” 2.) Timing metrics: Useful checks are time-to-chamber and recoil time. Snappier kicks show short chamber → contact → instant recoil with no foot “float.” 3.) Sensor era nuance (WT): Crisp acceleration and clear contact (for snaps) or obvious displacement (for thrusts) increase scoring consistency. Aim for a sharp peak velocity before impact, not a mushy shove.
